​I bring a Gottman-informed approach to brief couples therapy — grounded in research, structured with intention, and oriented toward real, measurable change. In brief work, we move efficiently. Sessions are focused. We identify what's getting in the way, build on what's already working, and give you tools you'll use long after we're done. Most engagements run 8–12 sessions.
